Founded in the San Francisco Bay Area, TitleSync was born out of a stark realization: the real estate closing process was relying on outdated, vulnerable methods to handle high-stakes transactions.
While working closely with the financial and operational mechanics of the industry, our founder observed firsthand how title companies were verifying client identities. The standard procedures were strikingly inefficient—often dependent on manual reviews, unsecure communications, and fragmented data exchanges. Not only did these bottlenecks slow down the workflow, but they also left a gaping vulnerability for wire fraud in an industry where absolute certainty is required. The system was frustrating for title agents and inherently risky for clients.
That friction presented a clear opportunity. There had to be a way to replace manual guesswork with cryptographic confidence.
TitleSync was built to bridge that gap. By integrating seamless, bank-level API authentication directly into the escrow workflow, we empower title companies to verify identity instantly and accurately. Our mission is to strip away the inefficiency of manual verification and replace it with a robust, durable platform that mitigates risk before it can materialize.
